The UAW-GM Suggestions Program is a program to recognize employees in North American facilities for their ideas. Ideas are evaluated and many are implemented because they remove waste, solve a problem or give an improvement in a process.
A suggestion can be submitted on a paper form or through the electronic system, GoStars. You must have an active GMID to access GoStars, the electronic system. A suggestion can be submitted by an individual or a team. So maybe during your next team meeting, get together and brain storm as to what suggestions your team can submit. That suggestion could solve a problem that took the team working collectively to resolve.
There is always room for improvement and the Suggestion Program is no different. We are currently updating the program, so look for new improvements to come!!
